Boom Forklift Extension, Slab Lifter/Clamp, Slings/Straps, Crank Straps. Stone Handling (Natural/Manmade/Porcelain): Slabs/Bundles Utilizing Forklift/Attachments (Boom, Spreader Beam, Stingers, Chains, etc.). Forklift operator with experience with operating attachments specifically designed for handling stone, tile and glass. Ability to perform essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to communicate effectively for safe slab handling. Consistent attendance record and adherence to the attendance policy for Ann Sacks. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, ceramics, or warehousing environment. Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures. Job requires repetitive lifting of up to 20-70 pounds. Perform all duties as assigned by supervisor (including Process Leads). On and off forklift multiple times per day. Safely and efficiently operate a forklift. Verify LTL shipments are properly loaded, and Bills of Lading are correct. Assist Will-Call customers with pick-up and loading of purchases. Ensure orders are properly labeled for shipment. Become familiar with part numbers and material descriptions. Ensure orders are pulled accurately and efficiently. Keep equipment, tools, and workspace in clean, safe working condition. Practice and follow all required safety regulations.
